How to Access DMS

DMS or Document Management System is where critical documents used inside Queensford College are stored. You can search the policy and procedures, online forms, informational resources and many other information in the system.

This article will show you how to access DMS from your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Brave, Microsoft Edge, etc.).

Steps

  1. Go to https://myapps.microsoft.com

  2. Provide your Queensford login details, the username and password.

  3. From My Apps page, click on DMS app as shown in the screenshot below.

You should now be able to see the DMS page with the documents that you have access to.

If you do not have access to the documents that you should have access to, please contact your line manager for access.
