Admin Side:

Resolving the exception argument error:

Step 1: Go to plugins > Microsoft 365 Integration.

Step 2: Go to Connections.

Step 3: Find the user and disconnect the user.

Step 4: Click Disconnect and provide the Login method as “manual authentication”.

Step 5: Provide a password so that the user can login via manual authentication.

User Side:

Step 1:

In order to sync and match the manual authentication with the OpenID connect the user must link the Microsoft 365 credentials to login into Moodle. To do so, please follow the below process:

Step 2:

Login into Moodle via the manual authentication and please use the password provided by the IT.

Enter your details in the below provided:

Step 3:

After signing in, go to your Dashboard of the Moodle and click on the Show/hide blocks located in the right hand middle corner.

Step 4: Click Connect to Microsoft 365.

Step 5: Now, Click on the “Use your Microsoft 365 credentials to log into Moodle

 

Step 6: Now, it will redirect to the Microsoft  365 login page where you have to enter your login details for Microsoft 365.
