Open another person’s mailbox in a separate browser window in Outlook Web App
Before we start the below process, you must need access permission to open another person mailbox.
Log in to your mailbox using Outlook Web App via office.com.
Open Outlook by clicking in the App launcher located in top-let hand corner.
In the Navigation bar on the top-right of the Outlook Web App screen, click on your name. A drop-down list will appear. Click
Open another mailbox.
Type the email address of the other mailbox that you want to open, and click
Open.

How to add a shared mailbox in your Outlook for Web:
Sign in to your account in browser.
Right click on the “folders” in your mailbox located above your inbox, and click “Add shared folder”.
In the Add shared folder dialog box, type the name or email address of the mailbox you have full access to, and select Add.
The shared mailbox and its folders will be displayed in the left navigation pane each time you open your outlook on web.
