Not able to login to Moodle/Microsoft 365

If you are seeing any of the above screens while trying to log into Moodle, it is likely that you have not logged out of your previous Microsoft 365 account. In this scenario, you should log out of your previous Microsoft 365 account. Please log out before you log in with Queensford E-learning account. To do so, please follow the below steps:

Step 1: Go to

Step 2: Click on your profile from the top right corner of your browser window.

Step 3: Click on sign out.

Step 4: Once done, please follow the usual steps to log into your Queensford E-learning account which can be found in this link.
