Click Win + Shift + S button from your keyboard.
You will be prompted to select the entire screen or draw your own region.
After you have made the selection, the screenshot will be automatically copied in your clipboard.
You can paste it in word or paint or your email automatically without the need to save it.
To save the file and use it as an attachment in an email, please open Microsoft Paint and paste it and save it. Or you can simply click on the notification that pops after the selection.
